Apprendly RolePlay isn't working in my browser, what do I do?

If your current web browser is outdated or not supported by Apprendly RolePlay, there are some things you need to do in order to make it work.

To ensure the best experience and full functionality, please update your browser or switch to one of our supported options.

What to Do

Update Your Browser: Often, simply updating your current browser to the latest version will resolve this issue.

Note: If you are on an iPhone or a Apple computer you will need to update your OS, this will then update the browser on your device.

Apple computer: Check for system updates: Go to Apple menu > System Settings (or System Preferences) > General > Software Update.

iPhone: Check for updates: Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

Download a New Browser: If you're unable to update, or if your current browser isn't listed below, consider downloading a different supported browser using the links provided.

Try Another Device: If possible, try accessing Apprendly RolePlay on a different device or computer.


Supported Browsers

We recommend using one of the following browsers for Apprendly RolePlay:

For Desktop Computers:

  • Chrome: Version 120 or newer

  • Firefox: Version 120 or newer

  • Edge: Version 120 or newer

  • Safari: Version 17 or newer

    • Safari is updated with your macOS. Check for system updates: Go to Apple menu > System Settings (or System Preferences) > General > Software Update.
