Stability issues detected: Quality might be affected

“Stability issues detected” is a general alert indicating that various underlying problems might affect the quality of the experience.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

When engaging in a RolePlay, you may see the message “Stability issues detected”, along with a description of what might be impacted.

Areas that might be affected include:

  • Slower than normal responses

  • Stuttering audio

  • Sentences that AI actors do not fully speak, though subtitles display the full text

  • Reduced graphic quality

What causes this issue

RolePlays rely on complex technologies and algorithms designed to provide a smooth, real-time experience. The service is built using modern systems that can be sensitive to disruptions from our technology providers.

When interacting in real time with AI actors, they depend on AI models to deliver quick and realistic responses with minimal delay.

Common causes of degraded quality might include:

  • Slower than usual response times from AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Claude)

  • Slower processing by TTS (Text-to-Speech) systems

  • Device limitations (e.g., too many active applications or insufficient resources for your browser)

  • Weak Wi-Fi, unstable 5G, or generally slow internet connection

What can you do

Sometimes, the system may detect an issue that has already been resolved and does not impact your experience.

If you do notice performance issues, you can usually still complete the RolePlay, though the quality may be lower than normal.

If the issue does not significantly affect your training, your session and reporting remain valid.

However, if the experience is degraded enough to impact your training, we recommend revisiting the RolePlay later—ensuring your device and internet connection are functioning optimally.
