Apprendly RolePlays can be seamlessly integrated into your iSpring Learn learning platform using SCORM packages, direct play links, or iFrame embeds.
SCORM Integration (Recommended for Progress Tracking)
iSpring Learn fully supports SCORM, allowing for automatic tracking of learner progress within Apprendly RolePlays. This method provides detailed information about scores and completion status directly within your iSpring Learn reports.
Steps for SCORM Integration:
Create Your RolePlay: If you haven't already, create the desired RolePlay within the Apprendly platform.
Access Your Dashboard: Navigate to your Apprendly dashboard.
Download the SCORM Package: Locate the RolePlay you wish to embed. Click the "Share" button and select "Download SCORM."
Upload to iSpring Learn:

Go to "Content" (or "Learning Content").
Click "Upload" and select "Course" or "SCORM/AICC/xAPI/cmi5 Package."
Choose the downloaded ZIP file from your computer.
Follow the prompts to configure the course settings, such as title, description, and completion rules.
Click "Save" or "Publish" to add the content to your library.
Add to a Course/Learning Path:
Navigate to the "Courses" or "Learning Paths" section.
Create a new course or open an existing one.
Add a new content item and select the uploaded Apprendly RolePlay SCORM package from your content library.
Test the RolePlay: Launch the RolePlay from within iSpring Learn to ensure it functions correctly and that progress is being tracked.
Play Link Integration (For Simple Access)
If you prefer a simpler approach or if direct tracking isn't critical within iSpring Learn, you can embed Apprendly RolePlays using direct play links. While this method doesn't provide automatic progress tracking within iSpring Learn, you can still monitor learner activity within the Apprendly platform.

Access Your Dashboard: Go to your Apprendly dashboard.
Get the Share Link: For the desired RolePlay, click the "Share" button and select "Get share link."
Add as Web Content in iSpring Learn (via an iSpring Page):
Log in to your iSpring Learn account as an administrator.

TinCan/xAPI and cmi5 Support
iSpring Learn fully supports xAPI and cmi5 standards. While Apprendly RolePlays don't currently output xAPI/cmi5, support for this is planned, using the cmi5 standard. If you require xAPI or cmi5 support for comprehensive tracking, please contact us to express your interest. This feedback helps us prioritize future development.
